    Basically I played this game last weekend and it was pretty awesome. I would be willing to try this online with couple tweaked rules, mainly to the cost of the actions.
    I'm asking if anybody wants to join the game. Around six people would probably be optimal but we can do fine with more or less.
    I'd make the empty map and people only have to post their actions. All map editing will be done by me. I'll try to look up some ready emblems and terrain types.

    Basically there's an empty map which has some borders drawn to it. People use their rolled points to create terrain, races and events on it which shape the world. You choose an alignment and attributes that represent your god. I had a neutral good god whose domain was knowledge and luck. You're free to come up with your own races or you can use some already well known ones, such as elves and humans. You can make fairly light-hearted actions but I want players who can keep their actions within good taste.

    Doesn't require much activity. I'm expecting a rate of one round of actions within a week. Of course if people post often the game will move faster.

    Hmm...reminds me of my all-time favorite PC game series Black and white...except this time your an actual god instead of a dismembered right hand that's called god...also your more powerful then that right hand...well if you get more people count me in got nothing to do at work most days till 4PM anyway.

    Isonar and Xenovent are kinda interested too.
    So I guess I'll start putting some thought on the map creation method and some descriptions.

    Map looks good island in the left corner is just begging to be used. Also you mentioned changes in the costs for things what would those changes be?

    Some small adjustments to the eras maybe. As I see it first era should be about shaping the world. Second about the races and third about interactions between the races. Of course all of these things can happen during any era. Also the I'm changing the map shaping actions to a single action where you can edit 7 hexes that are next to eachother however you like. So you might make a snowy forest. Or a long line of volcanic mountains.

    You can shape the landscape other people created with events and catasrophes. The last game we played we weren't allowed to shape already shaped lands and during the first era we probably only shaped half of the map with changes. It'd be better if we can shape at least 2/3 this time.

    About how large is each hex? And we can change land to water and vice versa? Or to a completely different substance?

    You can change land to water. You can change water to land. You can change water to ice. Uhhh... Pretty much anything you can think of I guess. You could make a lava crater in the middle of the ocean if you wanted.
    About the hex sizes lets leave that unanswered if there wasn't any mention on the official rules.

    By atmosphere I assume climate? Then yes. You can have any combination of land type and climate on those 7 hexes. Try not to go too overboard placing 7 totally different types unless you can think of something interesting.
    On a sidenote you can try contacting me on IRC for quick answers regarding the game too.

    I was thinking more along the lines of changing quantity of the gases present in the atmosphere.

    Start making your turns. God knows (so punny) how many days we have to wait for all players. Might as well link all the note posts to the first post of the thread so you can just click the link to find specific notes.

    Just mark the places you want to edit and upload it somewhere. I'll post an updated map with all the changes and consistent graphics after each round.

    After all I guess we have to have a deadline how long we wait for the next players turn. Like currently we're waiting for CPs turn but I'm not sure if he even knows that the game has started.
    We could also make it so that everybody can make their turns for each round without a turn order, but that could be a hassle.
